Come as early as 5:45 and get warmed up during Happy Hour.  We'll start promptly at 6:00.  Each course will be paired with the perfect wine.

topped with Crispy Prosciutto and Balsamic


COURSE 1
ITALIAN CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS
Grilled Chicken, Roasted Red Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, and Burgundy Sauce on crisp Romaine Lettuce Spoons 


COURSE 2
CHILLED ORZO SALAD
Chilled Orzo with Sage and a selection of Farm Fresh Vegetables, served with warm Parmesan Crisps

COURSE 3
BRAISED SHORT RIB
Red Wine-Braised Short Rib with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes served with Pan Jus

COURSE 4
CHOCOLATE AND AMARETTO CUSTARD CAKE
Decadent and creamy Chocolate Custard Cake with an Amaretto twist
